Early in her career, Jane realized the power of data to help solve problems. Through her work with consumer packaged goods, she learned analytics could be a tool for driving innovation. It was a good foundation for her transition to marketing and market research in the pharmaceutical industry.

At GSK, Jane was Vice President of Customer Marketing for her business unit’s single largest customer, the Centers for Disease Control, and all US Vaccines public sector business. She also spent several years as Vice President of Brand Marketing for Pediatric and Adult Vaccines, launching 8 new products. Jane’s experience is both broad and deep—it includes marketing, sales, marketing research, new product planning, product management, and forecasting.

Jane knows that it’s not just about developing a brand to launch a product. Organizations need to engage with customers, and understand how a product can truly be of use to customers. That’s the customer-centric approach she brings to inKlein.

Jane holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA and more recently completed a certificate program, Transformational Leadership for Executives, at The Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania. She’s also an avid gardener, and her garden has become a popular stop on the neighborhood home and garden tour.
