While the other kids watching the TV show Bewitched were trying to wiggle their noses and cast spells like Samantha Stephens, Erika saw more magic in what Darrin Stephens did at his advertising agency job. She loved watching him talk about how they would market the various products for clients.
After graduating with a Fine Arts/Marketing degree from Montclair State University, Erika brought her design skill to the corporate world, with positions in book publishing, retail (she designed catalogs for Federated), financial (she built Jackson-Hewitt’s marketing department from the ground up), and pharmaceutical. In fact, she has more than 10 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience supporting corporations and retail marketing.
Erika’s contribution to the inKlein team is strategic. She conceptualizes and executes marketing campaigns for clients, based on the target results they want. For example, in her work with vaccination campaigns, she has developed both the business-to-business materials (getting employer buy-in) and the business-to-consumer materials (getting employee buy-in). Erika brings true thought leadership in branding to the inKlein team.
A self-proclaimed Jersey girl (born and raised), Erika is married with two small children. She is known for bring a fresh perspective to the corporate world, while working within tight regulations.
